Michèle Roberts, BA, FCIP, DTrl

Michèle holds an Honours BA degree and Diploma in Translation from the University of Toronto. Fluent in French and German, Michèle began her insurance career with the Insurance Crime Prevention Bureau, where she worked for 16 years in various roles until 1999, when she left the position of Assistant VP, Product Development and Marketing.

The next seven years were spent at The Insurance Institute of Canada as the Director of Operations and IT. During this time, she completed her Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional Designation. Michèle obtained her Life Insurance License and her RIBO License.

In 2008, she was asked to develop a new P & C insurance program at Seneca College and subsequently instructs two of the courses within this program. She tutors students in preparation for their OTL, RIBO and LLQP examinations.
